Andreea Petrica is the Communication & Marketing Manager at Vest Ventures, bringing over 15 years of experience in brand strategy, communication and integrated marketing. She leads the fund’s communication direction, translating complex investment and acceleration initiatives into clear, relevant stories for founders, investors and the wider startup ecosystem. Her work spans brand positioning, content strategy, digital communication, media relations and event promotion, helping Vest Ventures build a distinctive, credible and human presence across every touchpoint.

Luciana Măzăreanu is the Project Manager of Vest Ventures' pre-acceleration programs, with experience in designing and managing programs for early-stage startups. Over the years, she has been involved in coordinating incubation and pre-acceleration programs, hackathons, and entrepreneurship education initiatives, supporting hundreds of founders in validating their ideas and developing their businesses. At Vest Ventures, she works closely with startups, mentors, and ecosystem partners to deliver impactful programs and strengthen the innovation ecosystem in Western Romania.

With a creative and strategic approach, Romina develops and executes the marketing activities for the Vest Ventures Pre-Acceleration Program, helping increase its visibility and attract aspiring founders. From communication campaigns and content creation to event promotion and coordination, she is involved at every stage, turning online interest into active participation.

Connecting people and building professional bridges within the tech ecosystem, Roxana brings efficiency to program operations, oversees the logistics of every event, and ensures a memorable experience for all participants. Having backed successful projects with local and national impact, she continues to dedicate her energy to multiplying this impact and supporting the development of new innovative initiatives.
