The fund will design and execute a series of pre-accelerators and accelerator programs as primary products to attract and coach founders and teams from West region of Romania, but not only.

_ Pre-acceleration Programs funded from public money: hackathons, ideathons, and problem framing sprints that are meant to create a pipeline from scratch.

_ Acceleration Programs: as a primary investment instrument, it supports teams and subsequently ensures our earliest possible access to their first rounds.

_ Seed investments: selected from regional and national deal flow as well as from abroad.

_ Fund Management: many thousands of companies have been evaluated by our experienced GPs, with hundreds of investments made and dozens of exits achieved, and specific local experience, using best-in-class analysis and tooling.

Across all 3 phases, applications will be open to teams from Romania, Serbia, Hungary, Moldova, Bulgaria, the Western Balkans, SEE, CEE and beyond. Bridges with these startup communities are in place, thus cross-border scouting and recommendations will come naturally.
